Our QAQC team actively involved in sub-contractors and lower tier vendors / suppliers to achieve the level of Quality expected by us and clients by on and offsite inspections, expedite, assessment and other procurement activities.

Quality Objective

As an organization, our quality objectives revolve around, executing projects such that they are well managed, providing technically appropriate solutions, meeting customers’ requirements within budget; enhancing the overall well-being of our employees; complying fully with all applicable statutory regulations; and strengthening the effectiveness of our quality management system.

Specific targets are set on an annual basis to realize these objectives. Our QAQC team actively engages staff, subcontractors and lower tier vendors/suppliers to achieve the level of quality expected by both DeltaAfrik and our clients. Our quality management system is done through surveillance, assessments, reviews, on and offsite inspections, expedite, evaluation and other procurement activities.
